General Summary The Senior Director, Analytics, Integration, and Data Strategy will provide strategic leadership in driving the enterprise Analytics, Data Warehouse, Integration, and Application Development strategy and roadmap. This role is responsible for defining strategies around data quality, architecture, governance, and insights, as well as setting development standards and overseeing the overall technology architecture. Partner closely with business leaders to leverage analytics and application development to drive operational efficiencies and innovation. As part of the IT Leadership Team, the Senior Director will oversee the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions, enterprise integrations, and core business applications, including SAP, Salesforce, and other platforms. The role requires a visionary leader who can drive consensus on data strategies, establish best practices, and build a high-performing team to deliver AI/ML-driven insights, scalable application development, and a robust middleware/integration platform. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure analytics and technology solutions align with business objectives and provide meaningful impact.
