Senior Technical lead, Platform

Required Experience & Skills experience with 8-13 years of development and platform development experience

Strong hands-on experience with IPsec, VPP, and StrongSwan , with a good understanding of IKE, Child SAs, traffic selectors, SPD/SAD, and IPsec tunnel configuration.

Proven experience in handling and troubleshooting complex networking topologies , including multi-tunnel, multi-network, VLAN, routing, and traffic-segregation scenarios.

Strong expertise in Linux/Kernel-level debugging , including networking stack, packet flow, CPU/IRQ, performance, and system-level troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes , including container networking, CNI/Multus, SR-IOV, pod/service troubleshooting, and cluster-level debugging.

Experience with high-performance networking, VPP/DPDK, and telecom networking environments is highly desirable.

Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting across application, container, networking, VPP/DPDK, and Linux kernel layers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in diagnosing and resolving complex networking and system-level issues .

Good understanding of cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes-based deployments in telecom/networking environments.
