Job description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various factory/manufacturing positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to meet manpower needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand headcount requirements and hiring priorities.
- Internal Communications (IC)
- Learning & Development (L&D) Support
Work Location: VSIP II-A, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:40 (Monday – Friday)

- University graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Internal Communications, or General HR roles.
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
