CAREGIVER (HOME-BASED)

WE ARE HIRING CAREGIVER FOR NEWBORN BABY Provide full-time care for a newborn baby, including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, soothing, monitoring the baby’s safety, maintaining proper hygiene, and following the baby’s feeding and sleeping schedule. The employee must live with the family and provide patient, trustworthy, and attentive care. Duties and Responsibilities Provide full-time care and supervision for the newborn baby. Feed the baby according to the parents' instructions and established feeding schedule. Prepare, clean, and sterilize feeding bottles and baby-feeding equipment. Burp the baby properly after feeding. Change diapers regularly and maintain proper hygiene. Bathe, dress, and groom the baby safely. Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate sleeping and feeding routines. Comfort and soothe the baby when crying or unsettled. Monitor the baby's behavior, feeding, sleeping, bowel movements, and general condition. Immediately inform the parents of any unusual symptoms, behavior, fever, feeding difficulty, or other concerns. Keep the baby's sleeping area, nursery, crib, toys, bottles, clothes, and personal items clean and organized. Wash and properly arrange the baby's clothes, blankets, towels, and other baby items. Provide age-appropriate interaction and stimulation, including talking, singing, tummy time, and gentle play. Follow safe newborn handling and safe-sleep practices at all times. Accompany the baby and parents to medical appointments when requested. Follow the parents' instructions regarding feeding, sleeping, hygiene, medication prescribed by a doctor, and daily routines. Maintain strict cleanliness and hand hygiene before handling the baby or preparing feeds. Perform light household duties directly related to the baby's care. Respect the family's privacy, household rules, traditions, and confidentiality. Never leave the newborn unattended in an unsafe location. Perform other reasonable childcare-related duties assigned by the employer.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must have experience caring for newborn babies—this is the employer’s top priority. Must be female. Must have a TESDA Caregiving NC II certificate.. Must have previous relevant work experience. Must have good English communication skills. Must be kind, patient, trustworthy, and passionate about caring for babies.. Must have CPR and First Aid certification. (THE SALARY WILL INCREASE)
