Tasks:

• Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Apply quality control procedure.
• Check products for quality control.

Supervision:

11-15 people. Fish plant workers. Labourers in fish processing.

Quality assurance or control.

Shipping line.

Regulations knowledge:

CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
