Architectural / Structural BIM Engineers: Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Precast concrete elements using Autodesk Revit.

Extract accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed rebar schedules from BIM models.

Perform clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve spatial conflicts prior to execution.

Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to company BIM execution standards.

  1. Structural Design Engineers:

Perform structural analysis and design calculations for Precast concrete elements and structures.

Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, local codes, and structural integrity requirements.

Prepare detailed structural calculation sheets and technical reports.

Coordinate closely with the BIM team to translate design intent into precise 3D models.

Shared Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and factory personnel to support seamless precast production and installation.

Review technical documentation, client specifications, and contractor submittals.

Ensure continuous quality control across design and modeling deliverables.

Education & Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering from a Public University .

Major: Architectural Engineering (for Architectural BIM) / Civil Structural Engineering (for Structural roles).

Experience: Years of Experience: 2–5+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Domain Focus: Proven experience in Precast Concrete design, detailing, or modeling is strictly required .

Technical & Software Skills: BIM Engineers: Mastery of Autodesk Revit (Building Information Modeling) and Navisworks for clash detection.

Structural Design Engineers: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS , SAFE, SAP2000, or Robot Structural Analysis).

General Tools: Good knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office suite.

Solid understanding of precast connection details, production constraints, and erection methodologies.

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and technical precision.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

Strong commitment to deadlines, quality control, and team output.
