Job Summary:

LBAPS is seeking a results-driven Tech Implementation Lead to manage and execute internal technology projects across a multi-state ABA organization. This role bridges operations, finance, and systems—ensuring projects are completed, adopted, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and complete multiple tech implementation projects

Translate technical workflows into clear operational processes

Improve efficiency, cost control, and system performance

Collaborate across finance, clinical, and operations teams

Build and manage a growing project team

Requirements:

Proven track record of completing complex projects

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Operational/financial understanding (preferred)

Experience with CRM, automation, or internal systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities
