Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to manage and support the complete HR function for our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge across the entire HR lifecycle and be comfortable partnering with employees, managers, business leaders and all other stakeholders. Selected candidate will work as a trusted HR partner to leadership, employees, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete cycle of employee life-cycle include HR operations.

Work closely with managers to support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee-related initiatives.

Create and update existing HR policies, processes, and employee documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.

Manage and address employee queries across all aspects of employee lifecycle.

Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and culture initiatives.

Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Maintain HR data, dashboards, and reports and provide meaningful HR insights.

What We’re Looking For: 8-12 years of experience in HR in an IT / software-based organization.

Strong hands-on knowledge across HR business partnership, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, L&D, and Employee Engagement.

Good experience in entry-level and university hiring.

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.

Experience working with HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.

AI enabled capability to deliver timely, efficient, and consistent results.

Education- MBA in HR (Full-time).
