Omega Pharma is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources Department and support the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and creating a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage personnel administration and ensure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Supervise payroll preparation, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Design and manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Develop training plans and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, manpower plans, and organizational charts.
- Support senior management in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Solid experience in Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Very good command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Candidates must have previous HR experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
