Project Manager – APAC AI (Contract) _Changi location

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic AI, GenAI, and Data initiatives across the APAC region. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and responsible AI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of AI and Data projects from initiation to implementation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and regional teams.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and manage Agile delivery processes using JIRA.
• Ensure alignment with responsible AI, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing regional, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
