Handle enquiries, generate quotations, pro-form invoices, sales order and customer claims. In charge of open quotations and order backlog management. Follow up and track and all open quotations in CRM /Excel. Process orders by converting approved quotes into sales orders in ERP Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales to facilitate deliveries. Responsible for order expediting & feedback to customer. Liaise between Global Parts team - NIL and West Africa dealers on all enquiries and quotations.
