The Opportunity: Lettings Administrator Location: West Rainton, County Durham Contract: Temporary (6 Months) Hours: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Looking for your next administrative opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in County Durham. This is an exciting temporary opportunity expected to last around 6 months, offering the chance to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced property environment. Working within a small but busy team, you'll play a key role in supporting the lettings process and ensuring tenants receive an excellent level of service. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the day-to-day administration of the lettings function Managing tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person Preparing tenancy documentation and updating property records Coordinating appointments, property viewings, and inspections Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal colleagues Handling correspondence and ensuring records are kept up to date Assisting with general office administration duties as required About You: Previous administration experience is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident dealing with customers and tenants in a professional manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications A team player with a positive and proactive approach What's on Offer?
