Factory Manager

Job Description :

• Develop/Coordinate production plans in alignment with sales order specifications
• Collaborate with the production department to oversee the adherence to production schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and components for production
• Ensure the hygiene standards of the designated section in compliance with all in-house and Food Hygiene related laws and regulations of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Manage all purchase activities to ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and budgetary constraints
• Communicate and prepare periodic reports to headquarters.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical, planning, interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
• Able to achieve production targets within set timeframe
• Strong management and leadership skills.
