The role
As an Operations Specialist, you're the engine behind a sharper, smarter operation. You dig into how the work actually flows - from a customer design to production, from purchasing to the box that goes out the door - and you make it better, faster and more scalable. You work across every team and tackle the bottlenecks others leave untouched.
This isn't a role where you babysit a process and nothing more. You build: workflows, automations, AI solutions and the dashboards we steer by. You get a lot of freedom, a lot of impact, and a direct line to the people doing the work.
What you'll do -
- Map processes across design, customer success, purchasing, production, logistics and warehouse - and improve them -
- Lead improvement projects from analysis to implementation, and make the results measurable -
- Design and roll out automations and AI applications (together with tech) to take away manual work -
- Work closely with team leads to make sure improvements actually land on the floor
