Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and manage the company's manufacturing operations and operational planning activities in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery performance goals.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and production plans that meet customer needs, order requirements, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely supply of materials and address supply or production constraints.
• Develop and improve operating procedures, production control, and workflow to enhance production efficiency and consistency.
• The leader continuously improves the project with the goal of optimizing processes, increasing productivity, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure that production operations comply with quality assurance/quality control standards, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess production capacity, operational needs, process improvements, and future resource requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operation
• Proficient in manufacturing processes, inventory/material control, quality management, and operational workflow management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams.
• Capable of managing multiple operational priorities and making effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
