Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and quantities survey.

Review Projects designs to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.

Responsible for the technical revision of all MEP drawings, at different phases of the work progress.

Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.

Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.

Responsible for creating any required construction details.

Responsible for responding to MSRs, RFIs and site queries.

Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.

Preparing the MEP Designs and shop drawings.

Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering.

2-4 years’ experience in the construction and fit outs field must experience MEP.

Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are a must. REVIT is an asset.

Very good command of English.
