Fixed shift from 7:00 PM TO 4:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Team Leader to lead and motivate our Call Center team.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of call center agents

• Monitor KPIs, QA, and daily performance

• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare reports and work closely with Operations Manager

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years experience as Team Leader in a Call Center

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
