Senior AP accountant

ead the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Perform complex reconciliations of vendor statements, general ledger accounts, and bank statements with precision.

Collaborate closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment processes.

Contribute to month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing accruals and detailed financial reports.

Utilize advanced ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and analysis.

Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency and control.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in accounts payable or full-cycle corporate accounting preferred work at Health care sector.
