ASSISTANT MANAGER, PLANNING

Your Role Be responsible for overall planning functions Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects Overall in charge of the implementation of project schedules Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluating project progress Oversee monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submissions Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations The Requirements Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience Has aptitude for planning role Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
