Monitor the daily operation of the Odoo ERP system.

Provide user support and respond to inquiries.

Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with the ERP vendor to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements.

Train employees on how to use the Odoo ERP system.

Follow up on the implementation and performance of sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and accounting processes within the ERP.

Prepare periodic reports and monitor overall system performance.

Suitable academic qualifications.

3 years of experience using Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system.

Good understanding of business processes, including sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
