E - Learning Developer Freelance

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and interactive learning modules and quizzes.
• Design and build content using Articulate Storyline 3 (preferably Adobe Animate).
• Apply instructional design principles and ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and animators to produce effective and visually appealing learning materials.
• Revise and enhance modules based on feedback and learning analytics.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Animate & Articulate Storyline 3.
• Understands instructional design principles and SCORM/xAPI settings.
• Detail-oriented, user-focused, and able to deliver high-quality interactive content.
• Communicative, team-oriented, and open to collaboration.
• Cheerful and enthusiastic about the world of learning and digital education.
• Willing to work hybrid (WFH & WFO) at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
