Beauty Advisor – In-Store Sales

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our in-store team.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers discover the right beauty products for their needs while delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional in-store experience.

Understand customers’ skincare, haircare, makeup, and beauty needs and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly and confidently.

Stay knowledgeable about new products, brands, promotions, and beauty trends.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and product recommendations.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant products while keeping recommendations genuinely suited to the customer.

Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.

Assist customers with loyalty points, promotions, offers, and ongoing campaigns.

Maintain clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked product displays.

Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock or merchandising issues to the Branch Manager.

Support receiving, shelving, pricing, and organizing merchandise when required.

Process customer purchases accurately through the POS system.

Handle customer questions, concerns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Maintain high standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and professionalism.

Work closely with the Branch Manager and other Beauty Advisors to achieve the store’s overall targets.

Requirements

Genuine interest in skincare, haircare, makeup, and the beauty industry.

Ability to understand products quickly and communicate recommendations effectively.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work toward targets.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Good organization and attention to detail.

Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, pharmacy, fashion, or retail sales is preferred but not essential.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
