We are looking for a
Working Student AI Production
We're looking for a junior working student to support our AI production unit — testing tools, helping run pipelines, and contributing to real production work alongside senior artists and producers. This is a working-student position (up to 20 hours per week during semester, up to 40 hours during semester breaks).
Location: Munich (hybrid: remote + on-site as required)
Deine Aufgaben
Production support — Assist on live AI production jobs: generating and refining shots, prepping references, and helping deliver usable assets under direction
Tool & workflow testing — Run structured tests on new models and pipelines; compare outputs, note what works, and flag quality or consistency issues
Pipeline housekeeping — Help maintain shot folders, prompts, references, and simple workflow docs so the team can move faster
Real projects, real stakes — Work on formats from B-roll and documentary-style content through to animated and hybrid productions — not just sandbox experiments
Learn on the job — Sit next to experienced AI artists in Munich; pick up professional workflows, quality standards, and when AI helps vs. when craft still wins
Dein Profil
You have a media production background, ideally film / moving images.
You're studying film, animation, media, design, or a related field and want hands-on experience in AI-assisted production.
You've already used generative image / video tools (e.g. Magnific, Higgsfield, ComfyUI) on coursework, personal projects, or internships — curiosity matters more than seniority.
Ideally you have experience in traditional film making environments (e.g. On Set, Camerawork) including software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Blender).
You have a basic sense of visual storytelling: composition, timing, or what makes a shot feel intentional rather than random.
You're organized, reliable, and comfortable documenting what you try so others can learn from it.
You're fluent in English; German is a plus.
