Operational HR Manager

La Douce is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR to join our growing team.

Your tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and other HR administration. You will also work closely with different teams to support hiring needs, monitor employee performance and discipline, handle employee concerns, and maintain a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented and responsible, and is able to handle multiple priorities independently. Experience in HR, preferably within a fashion, retail, creative, or growing company, is a plus.
