Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation

Preparation of tender & quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview

Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works

Liaise with engineers and clients for tender clarifications

Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner

Handle other assigned duties or related job as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in construction environment.

Knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Able to start work immediately or within short notice
