Marketing Executive

• Coordinate between China factory and local.
• Collect the demand forecast from all customers.
• Issue Master schedule report to management review.
• Provide master delivery schedule (MDS) for all customers to internal related departments.
• Provide Sales Forecast , Sale order report and shipping plan to management review.
• Know customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Issue Shipping Documents relied on delivery schedule for internal related departments used.
• Annaly and prepare information for new project on hand to meet production and smooth shipping plans.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. Good Knowledge of an electronics/contract manufacturing environment. Good understanding of specific customer 's business , Organization product and process. Knowledge of computer applications such WORD , Excel , PowerPoint. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and working under tight time deadlin. Ability to evaluate , Prioritize and problem solve a verity of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. Ability to communicate effectively ,Both verbally and in writing , with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
