Telesales Executive - Up to 20k Comms

Job Details

• Salary: $2,000 – $2,400 + Monthly Commissions of up to $20,000
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Working Location: Novena
• Working Days: 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Engage existing and potential customers through outbound calls
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Follow up with customers to generate sales opportunities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Provide professional and excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level qualification
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Telesales or outbound sales experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive and target-driven attitude
• Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
