Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant

Accountabilities: The role focuses on providing high-quality Workday integration support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless post-production operations. Key responsibilities include:

Deliver Workday Integration solutions and enhancements that align with client business requirements across multiple industries.

Provide post-production support by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving Workday integration issues efficiently.

Build, maintain, and debug Workday integration components, including Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio solutions.

Collaborate directly with clients to understand challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of integration services.

Manage multiple client requests, tickets, and priorities while maintaining service quality and meeting delivery expectations.

Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Contribute to team initiatives designed to improve processes, delivery standards, and customer satisfaction.

Support the development of technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solutions.

Guide junior consultants and support professional development activities when required.

Assist with technical discussions, project scoping, and solution recommendations when supporting business development activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday integration experience, strong technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to support complex client environments. Required qualifications include:

Workday Integration Certification is required.

1+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations in a post-production environment, preferably within a consulting or partner organization.

Strong experience developing and troubleshooting Workday integrations, including EIBs, Custom Reports, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to evaluate different approaches.

Experience working remotely with reliable internet connectivity (recommended bandwidth: 20 Mbps).

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
