Accountabilities Collect, compile, validate, and analyze financial data and economic indicators to support strategic planning, operational decisions, budgeting, capital expenditures, and investment evaluations.

Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts, and reports to assess business performance, identify trends, and explain variances in costs, expenses, and financial results.

Present financial findings, performance metrics, and analytical recommendations to senior management through regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Evaluate industry developments, economic conditions, financial indicators, and market trends to forecast the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term financial position.

Contribute to departmental and organizational strategy by delivering data-driven insights on expenses, investments, cost management, and business performance.

Partner with technology leadership to develop and evaluate business cases, assess return on investment (ROI), and support informed decisions regarding technology initiatives.

Advise senior stakeholders on financial matters of strategic importance, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that support business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytical methodologies, strengthen financial modeling practices, and enhance the quality of financial planning and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.

At least three years of experience in general accounting, financial management, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, explain variances, and influence business decisions.

Proven ability to manage and interpret financial information to support operational performance, strategic planning, budgeting, and business improvement initiatives.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and recommend practical solutions.

Working knowledge of departmental, segment-level, and organizational strategies, with the ability to connect financial analysis to broader business objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple analytical assignments effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Must reside in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia.

Ability to work remotely from a dedicated, secure workspace with reliable internet connectivity, including minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Willingness to travel periodically to designated offices for meetings, training, and collaboration.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.

Experience in technology finance, including evaluating technology investments, business cases, and return on investment.

Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate financial management.

Project management certification or relevant project management experience.
