Senior Developer Full (Java/ React) - IA

Accountabilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java with Spring Boot on the backend and React on the frontend.

Serve as a technical reference for the development team, providing guidance on architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-native solutions within AWS-based environments.

Build and integrate APIs while contributing to microservices-based architectures and Kubernetes (EKS) deployments.

Support the evolution of CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, automated, and traceable software releases.

Implement observability best practices, including monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure application reliability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate technical solutions, resolve challenges, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Apply AI-assisted development methodologies and modern software engineering practices to enhance productivity and solution quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Solid understanding of secure, scalable web application development and cloud-native architectures.

Experience building and integrating APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS, and familiarity with AWS cloud services.

Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code concepts, and DevOps practices.

Experience with software development methodologies, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering workflows.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.

Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and security requirements is an advantage.

Familiarity with Azure services, advanced data security practices, and AI-powered solutions is a plus.
