German Business Account Evaluator (AI Personalization)
Accountabilities: The German Business Account Evaluator will support an AI personalization evaluation project by reviewing and assessing AI-generated responses based on professional communication data. The role requires strong analytical skills, language accuracy, and the ability to provide clear, structured feedback. Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating AI-generated responses using professional email history and business account activity as context.
Assessing AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and quality of personalization.
Identifying unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and areas for improvement.
Comparing multiple AI-generated responses and selecting the strongest overall result based on defined criteria.
Providing detailed and structured evaluation feedback to support AI model improvement.
Following project guidelines, quality standards, and evaluation procedures consistently.
Completing assigned assessments accurately and within established project timelines.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all applicable data privacy and security requirements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a German-speaking professional with strong attention to detail and experience working with business communication environments. This role requires analytical ability, reliability, and comfort using professional data for AI evaluation purposes. Required qualifications and skills include:
Native-level proficiency in German.
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
Active Google Workspace or corporate Gmail account regularly used for professional communication.
Professional inbox containing primarily German-language emails and approximately 1,000 or more messages.
Gmail display language configured in German.
Willingness to use a professional business account for evaluation purposes and complete the required consent process.
Strong reading comprehension and ability to evaluate written content critically.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent evaluation quality.
Interest in artificial intelligence, language technologies, or data quality processes is a plus.
