Especialista em Sistemas Externos (SaaS)

Accountabilities: As an External Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting SaaS platforms, managing operational activities, and ensuring reliable service delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:

Provide functional and operational support for SaaS-based systems and external applications.

Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and improvement demands according to established service levels.

Administer and support solutions such as ServiceNow and related service management platforms.

Assist with system integrations, troubleshooting, and user support activities.

Participate in enhancement initiatives and technology projects related to SaaS solutions.

Monitor system performance and help identify opportunities for process optimization.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure continuity of operations.

Contribute to AMS (Application Management Services) activities, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SaaS solutions and managing enterprise application environments. Required qualifications include:

Proven experience working with SaaS solutions and cloud-based business applications.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and support.

Previous experience in AMS, application support, and operational sustainability activities.

Experience handling incidents, service requests, improvements, and technology projects.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues.

Ability to collaborate with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience in industries such as Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure is considered a plus.
