Analyst, Business Intelligence & Operations
Accountabilities: The Analyst, Business Intelligence & Operations will play a key role in strengthening strategic execution through business intelligence, operational insights, and technology-enabled solutions. This position serves as a bridge between business teams and technical resources, ensuring that reporting tools, platforms, and processes effectively support organizational priorities.
Manage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and other business intelligence solutions to provide visibility into key performance indicators, business trends, and operational performance.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate business questions into requirements, and develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations.
Monitor data accuracy, dashboard performance, and refresh schedules while coordinating with technical teams when additional support is required.
Identify opportunities to improve decision-making through enhanced analytics, reporting capabilities, and data-driven processes.
Own business-facing platforms and technology solutions, including innovation platforms, virtual data rooms, and other strategic tools.
Gather business requirements, coordinate vendor relationships, and support platform enhancements and adoption.
Support corporate strategy and development initiatives through research, data analysis, business case creation, and evaluation of strategic opportunities.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to generate insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
Explore practical applications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Develop documentation, user guidance, and process resources to support sustainable adoption of business intelligence tools and technology solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. They should be comfortable translating complex information into clear recommendations and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business operations, corporate strategy, technology enablement, or a related analytical role.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting, technology, or process solutions.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in an evolving environment.
Experience identifying and applying AI solutions to improve efficiency while considering responsible AI, privacy, and governance principles.
Preferred experience supporting corporate strategy, business transformation, innovation initiatives, or growth-focused projects.
Preferred knowledge of SQL, data querying, statistical concepts, analytics methodologies, and business technology platforms.
Relevant certifications in Power BI, business intelligence, analytics, project management, or AI are a plus.
