About This Role We are looking for an experienced, strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the entire HR function — talent, culture, performance, compensation, and compliance — and build a high-performance organisation. Responsibilities

HR strategy and workforce planning Recruitment and onboarding Performance management and learning & development Employee relations and engagement Compensation and benefits Labour law compliance HR policy and metrics reporting Partnering with department heads on talent needs

Requirements

Proven experience leading HR functions in a growing organisation 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role Strong grasp of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is an added advantage

Compensation ₦800,000 – ₦1,500,000 gross monthly. <
