- Cost Estimation: Prepare initial project budgets, cost plans, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Tender and Contracts: Manage the bidding process, evaluate contractor submissions, and negotiate contract terms.
- Financial Control: Monitor ongoing project expenditures, handle variation orders, and process interim progress payments.
- Quality and Compliance: Verify that construction materials, procedures, and site work match regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Final Accounts: Settle final accounts, resolve contractual claims, and complete project handover documents.
- Required Qualifications and Skills Education
- A bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, building, or construction management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical ability for precise measurements and cost data analysis
- Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Handle daily filing, documentation, data entry and record maintenance.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other administrative documents when required.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of project-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal staff on administrative matters.
- Answerphone calls, respond to emails and handle general enquiries.
- Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assisting scheduling meetings and other administrative arrangements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum “O” Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of administrative or clerical working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently
