Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, site materials, office supplies, and trading products to support operational requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Compare prices, evaluate quotations, and assist in sourcing cost-effective suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement data in ERP systems and Excel.
• Support the Purchasing Manager and other departments with procurement-related activities and ad-hoc assignments.
• Manage office filing systems and document control.
• Coordinate company vehicle matters, insurance, licenses, and renewals.
• Assist management with operational and administrative matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
• 6 working days, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
• Competitive salary 3k and above

• Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
