Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join an international team working on modern digital solutions for the travel and aviation industry . You will be involved in developing scalable backend solutions that support digital customer journeys, online booking, additional services and travel management. Daily tasks

• Developing and maintaining backend applications using Java
• Designing and developing REST APIs and integrations
• Working with microservices architecture
• Taking part in technical design and architectural decisions
• Building scalable, reliable and high-quality solutions
• Collaborating closely with frontend developers, QA, DevOps and other technical specialists
• Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in backend development Strong knowledge of Java and Spring / Spring Boot Solid experience with REST APIs Practical experience with microservices Experience working with relational databases Good understanding of software development best practices, testing and CI/CD Experience building scalable and reliable applications Good command of English Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
