Technical Talent Specialization-
- L1/L2 Windows administration knowledge
- L1/L2 Backup and Storage administration knowledge
- Provide Hands & Eye support to Technical Teamsfor the hardware issues
- Willing to work in Shitfs and work at differentlocations depending on the allocation.
- Daily tasks such as making sure backups completed
- Ejecting tapes from a library and inserting scratch tapes
- Supervising the 3rd party vendors and alike in the Secured areas like Data Centers.
- Keeping track of Onsiting/offsiting tape rotations. Maintaining physical records of tape movement.
- Phone and Email etiquette is a must.
- Physical Server health check.
- Prepare the backup success/failure reports.
