Community & Partnerships Coordinator (UNPAID)

Notes : Due to Glints T & C, we must show a minimum salary range. Please note before apply that this position is a voluntary role and therefore UNPAID.

Qualifications:

• Female/Male
• Available for 3 months to volunteer
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) preferred
• Mostly WFH but able to come to Jakarta/Tangerang if needed
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Passionate about mental health
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in similar roles is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to past participants, partners, and potential attendees to promote upcoming community events
• Brainstorm creative ways to increase event reach, engagement, and registrations
• Identify potential collaborators for consignment
• Assist in hosting our online weekly community gathering
