Managing the CRM System

Following up on Pipeline Updates

Recording sales activities

Following up on quotation responses

Supporting deal-closing activities

Preparing sales reports

Coordinating between departments

Adhering to pricing policies

Maintaining data confidentiality

Organizing sales files

Adhering to SOPs

Preparing ocean freight quotations

Following up on shipping line rates

Coordinating logistics services

Supporting overseas sales teams

Following up on customer and shipment documentation

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Pricing, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of ocean freight pricing and shipping line rates is preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
