Senior Technical Office Engineer

Prepare material, equipment, and labor cost estimates and ensure alignment with project budgets.

Prepare and review technical drawings using relevant design software.

Coordinate soil testing and assess project feasibility.

Manage infrastructure repair and maintenance activities.

Review, modify, and redesign warehouse steel structures as required.

Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and project requirements throughout design and construction.

Review and maintain accurate department documentation.

Prepare regular progress reports comparing planned vs. achieved objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Office and Site Engineering.

Strong experience in Steel Structures is required.

Good knowledge of shop drawings, BOQs, quantity surveying, and technical submittals.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other engineering/design software is a plus.

Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
