Heat Treatment Skilled Worker - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Heat Treatment Skilled Worker to operate furnaces and carry out heat treatment processes as per technical specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate heat treatment furnaces (annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc.)

Monitor temperature, time cycles, and process parameters

Load and unload materials safely

Maintain proper furnace records and documentation

Follow heat treatment process instructions as per drawings/specifications

Ensure safety compliance inside heat treatment shop

Coordinate with production and quality teams

Perform routine equipment checks

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Heat Treatment Process Training (Mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience in heat treatment shop

Hands-on experience in furnace operation

Knowledge of annealing, tempering, quenching & normalizing processes

Understanding of metallurgical basics

Ability to read and follow process sheets

Knowledge of heat treatment safety standards

Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
