Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounts receivable activities, including reviewing, verifying, and posting invoices and financial transactions into the accounting system, while maintaining accurate and complete accounting records.
• Monitor customer accounts and accounts receivable balances, track collection status, and follow up with relevant internal stakeholders on outstanding receivables.

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and other data analysis functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
