Project Manager / Construction Manager (M&E Bias) Location: Mansfield Rate: £41.25 per hour umbrella PAYE Start: Ideally 1st September Interviews: Available tomorrow or Friday Essential Project Manager / Construction Manager background Strong M&E experience Client/customer-facing experience DBS clearance (or ability to obtain) Black CSCS Card SMSTS Desirable Healthcare project experience (preferred but not essential) Exposure to design coordination and drawings Small works/project delivery experience within live environments Project Small works programme Candidate must be comfortable working in a live healthcare environment and liaising with stakeholders.
