You will join a collaborative environment where analysts partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive measurable business impact.
The Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will focus on behavioural analytics, audience measurement, and customer journey analysis within a product-led environment.
You will:
- Analyse customer behaviour across complex digital journeys to identify opportunities for product and commercial improvements
- Develop audience measurement frameworks and build deeper understanding of customer segments and behaviours
- Work directly with event-level behavioural data to generate actionable insights
- Explore and validate tracking implementations to ensure accurate measurement of customer interactions
- Translate analytical findings into recommendations for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science stakeholders
- Support personalisation initiatives through audience analysis and behavioural insight
- Apply statistical techniques to answer business and product questions
- Investigate customer journeys, conversion behaviours, and engagement patterns
- Contribute to experimentation and testing programmes where relevant
- Lead analytical projects from problem definition through to stakeholder recommendation
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, Customer Analytics, or a related analytical field
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale behavioural or event-level datasets
- Experience analysing customer journeys, user behaviour, and digital product performance
- Strong understanding of tracking methodologies and digital measurement frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Data Science stakeholders
- Strong statistical knowledge and a structured approach to problem solving
- Comfortable managing ambiguous business questions and translating them into analytical solutions
