Safety Coordinator (Airport Construction)

Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, airport safety requirements, and company procedures. Conduct daily safety inspections and identify workplace hazards. Monitor workers and subcontractors for compliance with RA, SWP, and PTW requirements. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and site safety briefings. Monitor high-risk activities and ensure safe work practices within airport premises. Maintain WSH documentation, inspection reports, and safety records. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions. Support safety audits and coordinate with project and airport stakeholders. Requirements WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with valid refresher certificate. Manage work at height Certificate. WAH Assessor and Risk Management certifications. Minimum 3 years’ construction safety experience; airport experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety procedures. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
