About the role

As an Operations Intern at GoDutch, you're the link between our users and the team. You make sure every user has a seamless, personal experience with GoDutch - from their very first step to daily use.

• You're the first point of contact for users with questions or problems -
• You guide new users through onboarding -
• You communicate with users in your own, authentic way -
• You solve operational problems together with the team -
• You actively contribute ideas for improving our processes -
• You have an eye for the customer experience and help keep the workflow running smoothly
