Tender & Cost Estimation Civil Engineer

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements.

Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

Analyze and compare received quotations for technical and commercial compliance.

Prepare tender BOQs, pricing schedules, and final submission documents.

Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers for technical queries and clarifications during tender stages.

Collaborate with the planning and procurement departments to ensure accurate cost assumptions.

Provide post-tender support, including negotiations, clarifications, and adjustments as required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Arch Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years in tendering and estimation for civil projects.
