Mechanical Automotive After-Sales Engineer
supports post-sales operations by ensuring customer satisfaction through technical assistance, maintenance support, and service coordination. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, supporting repairs, and collaborating with service teams to maintain product performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and service centers for automotive products after delivery
Assist in diagnosing mechanical and technical faults in vehicles
Support maintenance, repair, and warranty activities
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient problem resolution
Monitor and analyze recurring technical issues and suggest improvements
Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
Support spare parts identification and inventory coordination
Communicate customer feedback to engineering and product teams
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and systems
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
