Sales Person

Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other sales channels.

Understand customer requirements and collect the necessary project information.

Coordinate with the design and production teams when technical input is required.

Prepare and send quotations to customers.

Follow up consistently with potential customers and existing leads.

Negotiate and close sales within the company's pricing guidelines.

Keep customer and sales information properly recorded and updated.

Follow up on ongoing orders and maintain good communication with customers.

Build long-term relationships with repeat and corporate customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer systems.

Able to learn technical information about 3D printing and related services.

Previous experience in sales is preferred.

Arabic and English communication skills.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
